Education is the formal process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills, customs and values from one generation to another, e.g., instruction in schools.

The musical times

The Musical Times is an academic journal of classical music edited and produced in the United Kingdom. It is currently the oldest such journal that is still publishing in the UK, having been published continuously since 1844. It was published as The Musical Times and Singing Class Circular until the title was shortened in 1903.[1] The journal originally appeared monthly but is now a quarterly publication. Past editors include Stanley Sadie (1967–1987) and Eric Wen.
